Position: Customer Service & Admin
Workplace: Rama 4 , Bangkok
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: Full-time (100% Onsite)
- The first 2 Months at FYI; MON-FRI / 8:30-17:30 / Day Off SAT-SUN
- 3rd Month onwards at Onsite; TUE-SUN / 8:30-17:30 / Day Off SUN-MON
Responsibilities :
- Customers order management both get order and release order to all LSP
- Follow up job tracking status progress with LSP and report daily to client
- Clear all pending job daily
- Maintain correct information for master in system.
-Support Customers VOC
- Happy Call
- Handover parcel to LSP at client warehouse
- Inspect parcel condition that return from LSP whether to claim LSP or return to warehouse.
Requirements :
- Thai Male age 25-40 year-old.
- Bachelors Degree in Administrator or Relate field.
- At least 1 years experience in admin staff in a warehouse (outbound), or -logistics company
- Good interpersonal, initiative, service minded and solving skill
- Self-motivation and strong to work under pressure
- Good understanding of basic logistics principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Microsoft office, Excel skills is a must (V-lookup, Pivot)
- Responsible, Able to work independently
- Able to work at warehouse (no Air condition in the working area), location Bangna-Trad KM 23
- Own a personal car is a must
