Position: Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
-Gather and analyze business requirements and change requests
-Work with Project Managers and Sponsors to develop business cases
-Conduct business impact analysis and recommend implementation approaches
-Prepare requirement documents such as Business Requirement Specification (BRS)
-Design workflows, diagrams, and flowcharts for current and future processes
-Create test cases, acceptance criteria, and testing scope for projects
-Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution
-Analyze issues, assess business impact, and provide workaround solutions
-Communicate feedback and pain points clearly to stakeholders
-Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
-Support warranty period activities and follow-up tasks after implementation
-Identify and propose solutions for operational and project issues
Customer Relationship
-Coordinate with clients and users to understand business requirements and expectations
-Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
-Build strong communication between IT and business teams
-Ensure application availability and business continuity support
Project Management
-Support project planning and business case preparation
-Manage implementation activities according to company standards
-Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
-Coordinate stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or related IT roles
-Experience in insurance or financial services industry is preferred
-Strong multitasking and project prioritization skills
-Able to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
