Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all HR functions including:
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Employee Relations (ER)
Learning & Development (L&D)
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Coordinate communication between:
Chinese management team
Thai employees
Myanmar migrant workers
-Provide guidance regarding Thai labor law and workforce regulations -Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and internal policies -Coordinate with government authorities such as Labor Department and Immigration Office -Develop and improve HR systems suitable for manufacturing environment -Support other assigned tasks as required
Qualifications
-Thai nationality only -Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields -Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing/factory environment -Strong Chinese communication skills are mandatory -Knowledge of Thai labor law and migrant worker management is highly preferred -Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
