Position : Data Analyst

Workplace: Bangchak, Bangkok
Working Hours: Within 1 month, you must go to the office on-site for 1 week. Other weeks,(WFH).
Day Off: Saturday- Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer datasets to uncover insights and provide recommendations.

  • Design and implement dashboards and reports visualizing KPIs.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify data requirements.

  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics.

  • Work with engineering teams to improve data pipelines.

  • Document and present findings effectively to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on analytics trends and propose innovations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis (enterprise/customer-facing preferred).

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.

  • Ability to craft effective prompts for Generative AI in reporting tasks.

  • Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.

  • Comfortable collaborating with enterprise customers.

  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English (Thai is an advantage).
