As we expand into the Thai market, we are excited to launch our new Sales Gallery in Bangkok and are looking for a strong leader to spearhead this effort.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Person In Charge (PIC) to lead our Bangkok Sales Gallery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, strong sales management capabilities, and a passion for new market development. This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering a unique opportunity to grow with one of the regions most dynamic real estate groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full operations of the Bangkok Sales Gallery.
  • Represent the Prince brand professionally to local clients, investors, and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Thai market.
  • Build and lead a local sales and support team; coach and motivate for performance.
  • Explore new client channels, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional teams for product training, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular market analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure the gallery space is always customer-ready and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in sales or gallery/showroom management.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong local market knowledge and a motivated mindset for market expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Thai and/or Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • High personal integrity, professionalism, and client service orientation.
  • Thai nationality or existing legal work status in Thailand preferred.
