Job Description:
  • Responsible for sourcing new clients, conducting field visits, and exchanging information with sales staff from partner factories or subcontractors.
  • Maintain individual customer data to assess purchasing power and payment ability, and propose credit line approvals accordingly.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor stock availability, plan stock allocation, and ensure inventory is sufficient for sales and delivery.
  • Work with related teams to identify and reduce trouble inventory (non-moving stock) by promoting clearance sales.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction with the direct sales departments services and analyze the results to enhance overall sales efficiency.
  • Allocate sales team members appropriately based on targets, strategic plans, and defined goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate sales targets, plan sales strategies with the team, track progress, and provide support to overcome obstacles in order to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Open to all genders, aged 25 and above.
  • No specific education level required.
  • Prior experience in field sales or area-based sales operations.
  • Strong knowledge of travel routes and possession of a valid drivers license and personal vehicle (gasoline and depreciation allowances provided).
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills, capable of traveling outside the area.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to start work immediately.
