Job Description:

Responsible for sourcing new clients, conducting field visits, and exchanging information with sales staff from partner factories or subcontractors.

Maintain individual customer data to assess purchasing power and payment ability, and propose credit line approvals accordingly.

Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor stock availability, plan stock allocation, and ensure inventory is sufficient for sales and delivery.

Work with related teams to identify and reduce trouble inventory (non-moving stock) by promoting clearance sales.

Evaluate customer satisfaction with the direct sales departments services and analyze the results to enhance overall sales efficiency.

Allocate sales team members appropriately based on targets, strategic plans, and defined goals.

Conduct regular meetings to communicate sales targets, plan sales strategies with the team, track progress, and provide support to overcome obstacles in order to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications:
-
Open to all genders, aged 25 and above.
-
No specific education level required.
-
Prior experience in field sales or area-based sales operations.
-
Strong knowledge of travel routes and possession of a valid drivers license and personal vehicle (gasoline and depreciation allowances provided).

Good personality and interpersonal skills, capable of traveling outside the area.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Able to start work immediately.
