Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate F&B Manager to join our team and oversee the full operations of our food and beverage business from central kitchen management to branch-level execution.In this role, you will be responsible for setting up standardized operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining food quality, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. You will also play a key role in staff training, compliance, cost control, and supporting sales growth through operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop SOPs for all menu items for the central kitchen (preparation, cooking, and packaging) and source delivery vendors.
  • Develop SOPs for all shops (cooking methods, equipment layout, cold/dry storage facilities).
  • Coordinate with CPN: conduct staff training with CPN and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR on attendance, manpower allocation, and weekly scheduling for each staff member.
  • Ensure food quality control and tasting according to SOPs.
  • Monitor sales targets, daily QC reports, sales reports, and conduct basic analysis for improvement.
  • Order food ingredients in a timely manner to support forecasts.
  • Control budget in terms of food cost and manpower.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of F&B or restaurant management experience
    (taking care of the kitchen, service and overall management)
  • Have food cost control and budget management skills (Food Cost Control)
    (can plan the use of raw materials and control costs appropriately)
  • Can create SOPs and work systems within the team systematically
  • Have leadership and management skills for various positions
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, both internally and with suppliers
  • Have a passion for service, care about customer experience and have flexibility in terms of time
