Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Head Chef to support our kitchen operations and uphold the highest culinary standards. This role involves assisting in menu execution, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of kitchen service. Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparation

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain kitchen standards

Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory levels

Support in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements

Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure timely service

Step in for Head Chef when needed and ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Sous Chef, Line Cook, or in a similar role (minimum 5-10 years)

Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards

Culinary diploma or related certification is a plus
