Position: Brand Manager

Reports to:  Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:

The Brand Manager is responsible for end-to-end brand ownership, or any food projects as to be appropriately assigned by mutual agreement (namely can be restaurants, food event business, food services or products) including full P&L accountability and strategic development. This role requires the creation and execution of business and marketing plans to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable resultswith a strong focus on timely and efficient execution.

P&L Management :

Fully accountable for brand /project performance and profitability.Monitor sales, margins, and cost structures to ensure financial targets are met.

Business Planning & Execution :

Develop and execute comprehensive business plans including market research, product development, pricing strategy, distribution (place), and promotional roadmap.Ensure all aspects of the business plan are implemented on time and in line with strategic objectives.Analyze consumer insights and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Marketing Campaign Development :

Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, including creatove concept development, key messaging, brand identity, media strategy, event planning, budget management, and timeline control amongst others.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate closely with internal teams: Heliconia chefs, PR, online, production, event management, artist management, finance, and accounting.Screen and manage external vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of plans and projects.

Team Leadership:

Directly manage a team of supervisors responsible for executing assigned projects.Provide direction, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Be key contact with c-level partners/ley accounts.

Project Oversight:

Oversee all assigned brand projects from concept to completion.Ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery within budget.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)

-Sharp logical reasoning and use of mental models in decision-making

-Deep understanding of marketing frameworks and strategic planning

-Acute business sense with the ability to interpret data and market signals

-Has growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.

-Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

-Excellent time and budget management abilities

-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand or marketing management
