Job Description :

The company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic person to join the team as an IT Business Analyst to play a part in developing and improving IT systems in line with the organization's needs. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to analyze business processes, study user needs, and propose solutions to improve system efficiency. He/she will work with internal teams, including the IT development department, to ensure that the system design and development are as planned.

Responsibilities :

  • Undertake the analysis of system problems, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work as part of IT team to deliver appropriate solutions to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements.
  • Work on the project to meet project objectives on time and agreed with quality standards.
  • Bridge the gap between business users and solution architects.
  • Gather, define, document, and translate high-level business requirements to come up with cost estimation, project plan, and detailed functional specifications with a proper sign-off process.
  • Coordinate and communicate with end-users, management, staff and vendors on project issues and status.
  • IT fluency regarding architectures, application design and testing.
  • Familiarity with software engineering methodologies (use cases, UML, entity/relationship,process modeling, test methods, UAT, Unitest)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or IT solution consulting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as supply chain, sales, customer service, or finance.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating BRD (Business Requirement Documents), and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Familiar with system development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodology, and project documentation best practices.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Knowledge in SQL, database structure, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level IT platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (reading technical documents, writing reports, and basic verbal communication).
