Senior Network Specialist

Job summary

Provide technical support and manage network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation, recommendations, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for internal network systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices within the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to support infrastructure operations.
• Monitor and support internal and external network systems according to organizational policies.
• Analyze and maintain computer network systems for long-term efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in computer network management and system monitoring.
• Strong knowledge in LAN/WAN, network protocols, troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage tasks independently.
• Optional: CCNA, CCNP, or related certifications (considered a plus).
