Job Summary:
Oversee and lead the companys overall IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing infrastructure, security, and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organizations business objectives and long-term goals.

Lead the IT department, including infrastructure, operations, support, cybersecurity, and software development (if applicable).

Manage and optimize enterprise IT systems, including ERP, cloud infrastructure, networks, and data centers.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation, and innovation to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data and technology assets.

Establish IT governance policies, risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., PDPA, ISO/IEC 27001).

Lead and mentor IT management and staff; build a high-performance technology team.

Manage IT budgeting, procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

Report IT performance, KPIs, and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership or the board of directors.

Collaborate with other business units to implement systems that support growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive-level role.

Proven experience in IT strategy planning, project management, and team leadership.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, ERP systems, and enterprise architecture.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.

Fluent in Thai and English.
