About the job Dirac Sale Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and contribute to increased organizational sales.

Receive and implement organizational policies and operational plans (both short and long term) to meet business goals.

Develop strategies for acquiring new customers across all channels.

Plan and manage customer data collection and maintenance.

Allocate sales teams effectively in alignment with set goals, plans, and sales strategies.

Prepare and summarize various sales-related reports such as quotation and customer debt reports.
Qualifications

Age 30 and above.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.

Proven experience in team management with at least 10 direct reports.

Prior experience in the same industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge in retail sales planning and analysis.
-
Proficient in marketing planning and analysis.
-
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
