Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and contribute to increased organizational sales.
  • Receive and implement organizational policies and operational plans (both short and long term) to meet business goals.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new customers across all channels.
  • Plan and manage customer data collection and maintenance.
  • Allocate sales teams effectively in alignment with set goals, plans, and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and summarize various sales-related reports such as quotation and customer debt reports.
Qualifications
  • Age 30 and above.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven experience in team management with at least 10 direct reports.
  • Prior experience in the same industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in retail sales planning and analysis.
  • Proficient in marketing planning and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
