Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time
Workplace: Wang Thonglang, Bangkok
Working Days: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (Flexible Hours)
Day Off: Saturday - Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Execute the companys sales strategies and meet assigned sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Support and train sales representatives to strengthen their product and negotiation skills.

• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to deliver client solutions.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.

• Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote company products.

• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in sales of medical, diagnostic, or healthcare products.

• Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Good command of English.

• Self-driven, energetic, and capable of managing multiple clients independently.

• Background from competitors or related companies in the womens health product segment is highly valued.

• Age not over 60 years old.
