Presale Engineer

Position : Presale Engineer
Headcount : 1
Employment Type: On-Site (100%)
Workplace: RamIntra, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (If you don't meet customers, you'll go to the office)
Day Off: Saturday- Sunday

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for sales activities.

• Prepare project-related documents such as project requests, product specifications, and reports.

• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Develop project plans and scope of work.

• Coordinate with the sales team and engineers to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Handover project information to the project team after the sales process is completed.

• Ensure accuracy of documentation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Experience in networking, technical engineering, and business-related fields.

• Basic knowledge of networking and engineering practices.

• Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders.

• Responsible and detail-oriented.

• Valid driving license is required.
