Transport Planning Staff

Position: Transport Planning Staff

Workplace: Sriracha, Chonburi
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: MON - FRI / 8:30 - 17:30 Full-time (100% Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation plan and reserve truck from LSP vendors.

• Support new business for CS centres.

• Coordinate with LSP vendors and internal teams.

• Check job details (Import/Export booking, delivery date).

• Handle billing process and follow up with CS operation.

• Update Profit & Loss report daily and monthly.

• Solve issues from LSP or transport errors and improve process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance.

• 2-5 years experience in logistics or transportation service.

• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good English communication and problem-solving ability.

• Good understanding of transportation cost control.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
