Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Work tpye: Monday–Friday | Executive-Level Finance Leadership (Flexible Working)
Location: Bang Khen, Bangkok Nearby MRT Rajabhat Phranakhon Station
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company's finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow, investment, and financial strategy
- Analyze financial impacts from business plans such as new branch openings, expansion projects, pricing adjustments, and cost restructuring
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Review and analyze full financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement, and Financial Ratio Analysis
- Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, profitability, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records such as revenue, AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, tax, and accruals
- Prepare management reports and financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders
- Improve and streamline Finance & Accounting workflows to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency
- Conduct Financial Feasibility Studies, Investment Analysis, and Financial Modeling for new projects
- Assess business risks through Best Case, Base Case, and Worst Case scenarios
- Manage cash flow, loans, liabilities, receivables, and financial obligations
- Present financial performance and feasibility analysis to CEO, Board Members, Investors, and Stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CPD, CFA, MBA, or Strategic Finance programs are preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Financial Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles such as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Accounting Director, or CFO
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing full-set financial statements
- Experience in ERP systems, Internal Control, and finance/accounting system implementation
- Experience in Financial Feasibility, Business Case Analysis, Investment Analysis, and Financial Modeling
- Experience in restaurant, multi-branch, or service businesses is an advantage
- Strong understanding of ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback, Break-even, and Cash Flow Analysis
- Strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills
- Ability to use financial insights to support business growth and executive decision-making
