Supervisor LMD

Position: Supervisor LMD

Workplace: FYI Center , Wang Noi, Ayutthaya
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: MON - FRI / 8:30 - 17:30 Full-time (100% Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise LMD and Installation teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage suppliers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Control operational costs and monitor daily logistics operations.
• Lead and support team members, especially during high workload periods.
• Solve operational issues such as shipment delays or equipment problems.
• Communicate effectively between management and operational staff.
• Manage timelines, delivery schedules, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics company. 
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, delivery, installation, or last-mile delivery.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and service-minded attitude.
• Able to work under pressure with strong self-motivation.
• Good understanding of logistics principles and operational processes.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Own car and able to travel to other locations when required.
