Job description

• Monitor all warehouse activities related to QC, PM, returns, and VAS.
• Review all reports from the admin team related to QC, PM, returns, and VAS.
• Actively provide recommendations for operational process improvements and development.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Lead regarding activities and findings.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC).
  
• Good understanding of Quality Control processes and packaging materials.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  
• Strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
