Job Description

• Memahami terkait validasi Order yang masuk dari Email / Portal / WA Harga, Item, Barcode, Qty dan PO Tester Sesuai Kebutuhan
• Handle Administrasi Tukar Faktur, Menyiapkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk proses tukar faktur (SJ,PO,GRN)
• Handle Tolakan Barang (CN-1), Retur Barang (CN-1), Update Master, Produk dan SKP Promotion, Listing NPD dan GA GWP MT
• Mengatur Pengiriman, Mengatur jadwal pengiriman All Order (Direct Purchase & Event)

Requirement

• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Admin/Marketing Admin.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan kolaborasi yang baik.
• Mampu dan terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office.
• Dapat bergabung secepatnya (ASAP).
• Penempatan di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
