Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries and communications across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Live Chat, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc).

2. Collect and report daily customer issues.

3. Support CS and CRM-related activities, including maintaining good relationships with customers.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.

2. Experience in customer service, preferably with CS tools such as Zendesk, MessageBird, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

3. Flexible with working hours, including public holidays or sudden overtime requests.

4. Friendly, adaptable, empathetic, and able to create positive customer experiences.

5. Enthusiastic about skincare & beauty (preferably active skincare users).

6. Skilled in handling customers with different sentiments and emotions.

7. Strong communication skills, especially in writing concise and easy-to-understand responses.

8. Persuasive communication skills for soft selling and hard selling.

9. Responsible, emotionally mature, and able to stay calm under pressure.

10. A collaborative team player and a fast learner.
