Job Description :

  • Write caption, edit & publish engaging content (pics & videos) for Instagram Story, Reels & TikTok aligned with brand identity
  • Interacting with audience & respond to questions & comments on our social media pages in a timely & accurate manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles & product releases)
  • Track & report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
  • Has experience handling KOL
  • Compile customer's review for content material

Requirements :

  • Has experience in handling social media & content writing copywriting
  • Has experience working at a creative agency or beauty company
  • Fluent in Melayu & English, have proven experience to create English copy/content writings
  • Up to date with the trend especially in Malaysia, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers
  • Beauty enthusiast, extroverted, & has a unique writing personality
  • Comfortable being in front of a camera
  • Skilled in simple video-editing (Capcut / VN)
  • Willing to Remote-Working.
