Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Project Execution

  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Content, Ads, KOL, Channel, etc.) and external vendors to ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead specific campaign initiatives or events as assigned on a project basis, while receiving strategic oversight from the International Marketing Lead.

Content & Localization Support

  • Collaborate with Indonesias Content Team to adapt or repurpose regional assets for MY & SG (approx. 30%), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Strategize and execute localized content with relevant faces, cultural nuances, and local language adaptations (approx. 70%).
  • Provide creative input on content calendars, social assets, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

KOL/Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers/KOLs for awareness and conversion-led campaigns.
  • Manage influencer relationships, contracts, and performance tracking.
  • Provide post-campaign reports and insights to guide future strategies.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor competitor movements, market trends, and consumer behaviors specific to Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Compile findings into actionable insights to guide brand and campaign planning.

Partnership & Brand Support

  • Support external collaborations and partnerships, helping with communications, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Always-on the lookout for exciting brand collaborations or partnerships or sponsorship.

Event & Offline Marketing Activation

  • Assist in planning and execution of on-ground events, retail activations, pop-ups, or collaborative projects.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage suppliers, and ensure timely execution in collaboration with internal departments of VM-Creative, Channel Development, Sales, Social Media, Creative, Warehouse, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, and Ads teams.

Cross-functional Liaison & Administration

  • Act as a central liaison between MY/SG operations and core functions based in HQ (ID), ensuring smooth information flow and execution alignment.
  • Maintain trackers, internal reports, and support presentation materials as needed.
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency and execution excellence across campaigns and projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, social media, or agency environments. Experience in beauty or FMCG is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Familiar with influencer marketing and local content creation.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
