Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, theme park trips, getaways, and group travel

  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client needs

  • Provide clear recommendations, pricing options, and itinerary details

  • Maintain accurate client information, trip notes, and follow-up communication

  • Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience

  • Stay informed on travel trends, seasonal destinations, and supplier updates

  • Participate in online training to stay current with systems and processes

  • Deliver excellent customer service via email, phone, text, and online platforms
