Responsibilities
- This position will start during Normal business hours and then move to an overnight shift.
- As an IT Helpdesk support technician, you will provide support in the following way:
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Read technical boards/websites, confer with users, and/or conduct computer diagnostics.
Participates in special projects as required.
Create and update knowledge documentation.
Provide support in both English and Spanish.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent English level required (written and spoken).
Great Customer Service skills.
IT interest/knowledge.
