Role Overview
Were seeking a Recruitment Delivery Lead to own delivery execution and drive team performance across requisitions and accounts. You will lead a small team of recruiters, set and manage performance targets through data and KPIs, and ensure we consistently hit fill rates, time-to-submit, and time-to-fill goals. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of agency recruiters and sourcers.
- Set weekly/monthly KPIs (e.g., req load, qualified submits, submittal-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, time-to-fill).
- Run structured performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching 1:1s.
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.

Delivery Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery across assigned accounts and requisitions.
- Calibrate closely with clients/hiring managers; refine search strategies based on feedback and data.
- Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines, shortlists, and submittals within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks (intake quality, sourcing channels, screening depth, interview process, offer stage).

Data, Reporting, and Process
- Track and report daily/weekly metrics in ATS/CRM and dashboards.
- Analyze funnel data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Standardize and improve workflows, templates, and playbooks.
- Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and documentation across tools.

Stakeholder and Client Management
- Partner with Account Managers on prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery forecasts.
- Join client calls for intake, pipeline updates, and post-mortems.
- Escalate risks early and propose data-backed solutions.
Success Metrics
- Fill rate and time-to-fill against SLA
- Qualified submittals per req per week
- Submittal-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion rates
- Offer acceptance rate and candidate quality feedback
- Team productivity and adherence to process/SLAs
- Client satisfaction scores and repeat business indicators
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency recruitment with 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters in a data-driven environment.
- Proven track record managing delivery for multiple clients and requisitions concurrently.
- Demonstrated success running a KPI-led recruiting function (you know the funnel and how to move the numbers).
- Strong command of ATS/CRM systems, sourcing tools, and reporting (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
- Remote work experience with disciplined communication, documentation, and time management.
- Excellent client-facing communication, expectation-setting, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a small company: hands-on, resourceful, process-minded, and adaptable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume or specialized hiring (e.g., GTM, G&A, tech).
- California or West Coast client experience and PT timezone coverage.
- Exposure to RPO, project-based, or embedded delivery models.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets advanced).
