Application Developer

We're looking for a skilled Shopify Application Developer to help us build and maintain application connected to Shopify. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining existing Node.js applications deployed within a Google Cloud environment. The role requires a strong ability to manage large legacy codebases and navigate deployment workflows across platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing and supporting shopify private applications.
• Develop, customize, and maintain eCommerce websites and applications.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand business objectives and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest eCommerce technologies, platforms, and trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functionality/integration issues for a smooth user shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Web and Application Development.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining Node.js or others applications in production environments, including performance optimization
• Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform and AWS services.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
