We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our specialized recruitment team in an agency-based model. This role is focused on candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, ensuring we identify and secure top talent for our clients. As part of a small but highly strategic team, your work will have a direct impact on business growth by optimizing hiring pipelines and recruitment processes.

This role is purely recruitment-focused, with no direct client interaction, as our account managers handle client communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment, handling sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation
  • Develop targeted hiring strategies, ensuring strong pipelines for key roles
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, providing them with qualified candidates
  • Optimize recruitment workflows, refining processes to improve efficiency
  • Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to track performance and hiring trends
  • Ensure compliance and best practices in hiring procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, specializing in candidate sourcing and placement
  • Proven ability to identify high-caliber talent across various industries
  • Strong research and headhunting skills, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques
  • Experience working in small, fast-paced teams, ensuring agility in hiring efforts
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to adapt hiring strategies based on evolving market trends

What Your First 30-60 Days Will Look Like

First 30 Days:

  • Complete onboarding, gaining deep familiarity with Sound Decisions recruitment process, tools, and strategies.
  • Shadow senior recruiters to understand client expectations and hiring methodologies.
  • Learn advanced sourcing techniques to find and engage top talent efficiently.
  • Assist in screening candidates, evaluating resumes, and managing candidate profiles.
  • Begin conducting phone screens and drafting interview notes for senior recruiters.

First 60 Days:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end candidate sourcing, proactively building talent pipelines.
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews, assessing skills, cultural fit, and long-term career potential.
  • Work directly with hiring managers and recruiters to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights on sourcing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
