We're hiring a Business Development Sales Executive to help drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for outbound lead generation, ice-breaker conversations, and passing vetted leads to the founders for closing. What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (phone calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct first-contact calls and discovery conversations
  • Use AI tools, research, and creative strategies to find decision-makers at target companies
  • Pass warm and qualified leads to company leadership for follow-up and closing
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with clean, detailed notes
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively surface new opportunities
  • Strong communicator and can work independently
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in eCommerce
  • A hunter mentality: self-starter, results-driven, and energized by lead generation
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • AI-literate: able to navigate tools and find answers independently
