HVAC Customer Service Rep

We are seeking an HVAC specialist to support our service operations in the US market. This opportunity is with a South Korea-based tech company that has been a leading innovator in HVAC, heating, and filtration for over 40 years in the United States.

Requirements:
- Must have prior HVAC support experience
- Bachelor's degree, Engineering Preferred
- US market support experience is required
- Must be available to work Pacific Time (PST) shifts
- Must have your own laptop/desktop, headset and stable internet connection
