Our client is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company's online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, an eye for storytelling, excellent English communication abilities, and experience managing brand messaging in the construction or related industries. They must also be comfortable using AI tools to streamline content creation and marketing, proficient in Go High Level, and fully familiar with all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to design posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Leverage AI tools for content drafting, ideation, and campaign optimization.
  • Write compelling copy and captions that reflect the brands tone and values.
Community Management
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Foster a positive, engaging online community.
  • Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports and use data insights to improve strategy.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform trends, and best practices.
Campaign Management
  • Plan and manage organic and paid advertising campaigns across all platforms.
  • Use Go High Level to manage marketing funnels, campaigns, and automations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to feature ongoing projects, milestones, and events.
Brand Growth & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Suggest and implement new content formats, trends, and engagement tactics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of social media management experience (construction, real estate, or related industries preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
    Proficiency in AI tools for marketing and content creation.
  • Skilled in Go High Level for CRM, automation, and marketing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter), etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visuals and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
