You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading SEO strategy, aligning deliverables across content/tech/creative, and keeping stakeholders confident, informed, and excited about progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients
- Lead client calls, reviews, and check-ins with clear strategic value
- Proactively address concerns and set expectations to maintain strong client confidence
- Conduct SEO site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Develop strategies tailored to client goals, industry context, and business outcomes
- Oversee implementation of technical, on-page, and content-driven improvements
- Monitor SEO performance and deliver insights that guide clear next steps
- Coordinate across writers, developers, creatives, and SEO specialists to keep deliverables on track
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines
- Report on rankings, traffic, and ROI in simple, business-focused language
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely help clients grow
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of SEO account management experience in an agency or B2B environment
- Proven results improving rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills confident, personable, and client-friendly
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using GA/GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts and maintain clean project roadmaps
- Already experimenting with AI tools to research faster, analyze smarter, and improve workflow efficiency
