About the job Product Trainer
Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Product Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver technical product training to internal teams helping them confidently understand, install, and support our HVAC product line. You will develop training materials, conduct hands-on demonstrations, and serve as a product expert to support product adoption and customer success.
Job Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver in-person and virtual product training sessions for employees, distributors, contractors, and customers.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations covering product installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and product certification programs.
- Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluations.
Training Development
- Develop, update, and maintain training presentations, manuals, videos, and other learning materials.
- Ensure all training content reflects the latest product updates and industry standards.
Technical Support & Product Expertise
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC products and applications.
- Provide technical guidance during training sessions and respond to product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Technical Support to maintain accurate training content.
Training Administration
- Coordinate training schedules, maintain attendance and certification records, and prepare training reports.
- Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements to training programs.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC, technical training, field service, product support, or a related technical role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, water heaters, or similar mechanical equipment.
- Experience delivering technical training or presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
- Experience creating training materials is an advantage.
