Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfort using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and basic productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
