About the Role

Term: This is a 12-month engagement on an Independent Contractor basis.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Executive to join our growing SDR-as-a-Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, enriching, and maintaining high-quality prospect data that enables our SDRs to consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients.

You will own the end-to-end management of lead data, CRM hygiene, campaign reporting, and account enrichment across multiple client accounts. Working closely with our SDR and Operations teams, you'll ensure every campaign is built on accurate, verified, and ICP-aligned data.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Data Management

  • Build, source, and maintain high-quality prospect databases aligned to each client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Validate, cleanse, and verify prospect data before campaigns are launched.
  • Remove duplicate records and maintain data integrity across all systems.
  • Ensure prospect records remain accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Lead Enrichment

  • Enrich prospect records with:

    • Verified email addresses
    • Direct dial numbers
    • LinkedIn profiles
    • Company information
    • Industry classifications
    • Company size
    • Revenue estimates
    • Technology stack
    • Buying intent signals (where available)
  • Verify contact information before assigning leads to SDRs.

Campaign Operations

  • Build and upload prospect lists into Apollo.
  • Segment lead lists according to each client's ICP.
  • Support the creation and optimisation of outbound email sequences.
  • Monitor campaign health and identify data issues affecting deliverability.
  • Allocate prospect lists to SDRs.

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain CRM hygiene across all client accounts.
  • Update lead statuses and lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure SDR activity is accurately reflected in CRM.
  • Support integrations between Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and other client systems.
  • Perform bulk imports, exports, and data updates.

Reporting & Analytics

Produce weekly and monthly reports covering:

  • Meetings booked
  • Calls completed
  • Email performance
  • LinkedIn outreach performance
  • Connection rates
  • Reply rates
  • Conversion rates
  • Pipeline creation
  • SDR productivity
  • Campaign performance
  • Client performance dashboards
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Sales Intelligence

  • Research target markets and industries.
  • Monitor buying intent signals where available.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Recommend new target audiences.
  • Assist with account prioritisation.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
  • Improve reporting efficiencies.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Create scalable workflows for onboarding new client campaigns.
  • Continuously improve data quality across all sales platforms.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Diploma or Degree in:

  • Business Analytics
  • Information Systems
  • Data Analytics

  • Computer Science
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related qualification

Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or CRM Administration.
  • Experience supporting outbound sales teams.
  • Experience managing large prospect databases.
  • Experience within a B2B sales environment.
  • Previous experience supporting SDR or Business Development teams is highly advantageous.

  • Ensure 100% of SDRs receive prospect lists on schedule.
  • Complete prospect enrichment within agreed SLAs.
  • Deliver high-quality, ICP-aligned lead lists for every campaign.

Campaign Performance

  • Maintain email bounce rates below 3%.
  • Resolve data-related campaign issues within SLA.
  • Achieve an ICP match rate above 95%.

Reporting

  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly client reports on time.
  • Maintain SDR and campaign performance dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Success Measures (First 90 Days)
