Strategic Outbound Consultant Working With Local & Global Revenue Teams

We are engaging a Sales Development Consultant on a contractual basis to lead high-impact outbound initiatives for both local and international high-growth companies. This consulting role is designed for a seasoned outbound specialist who can drive pipeline creation, influence strategy, and collaborate confidently with global revenue teams.

Role Overview

As a SDR Consultant, you will take ownership of outbound demand generation, engaging decision-makers across multiple regions through cold calls, cold email, and LinkedIn.
You will work closely with local Source A Rep leadership and global client revenue teams to refine targeting, optimize messaging, and build predictable pipeline.

Your expertise will shape outreach strategy and directly influence sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-quality cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) across multiple international markets

  • Create and manage strategic prospect lists aligned to regional ICPs

  • Secure qualified meetings for senior Account Executives and client sales teams

  • Influence outreach strategy, value propositions, and market penetration tactics

  • Conduct deep research to deliver personalized, high-conversion outreach

  • Maintain structured reporting and activity management within CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Partner with local support teams and global leaders on pipeline goals and performance reviews

  • Analyze outreach metrics and drive continuous optimization

  • Contribute insights to strengthen outbound processes, tools, and frameworks

  • Support knowledge-sharing and best practices across the broader SDR community

Ideal Senior Profile

You're a strong fit if you bring:

  • 2-4+ years of high-performance outbound SDR/BDR experience

  • Confidence and fluency in senior-level cold calling and objection handling

  • Proven success generating pipeline for international markets

  • Strong competency with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)

  • Mastery of outbound frameworks (BANT, SPICED, MEDDIC, CHAMP)

  • Exceptional written communication for strategic cold outreach

  • High professional maturity and the ability to operate independently

  • Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders

  • Ability to adapt across regions, industries, and time zones

  • Prior collaboration with US/UK/EU/AUS revenue teams

  • Experience mentoring SDRs or contributing to team-wide standards

  • Building advanced outbound cadences or A/B testing frameworks

  • Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, Clay, Lavender, etc.

  • Consulting background or freelance outbound experience
