Key Responsibilities
-
Execute and refine outbound prospecting strategies across email, phone, and social platforms
-
Build and manage high-quality lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
-
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers with ideal-fit prospects
-
Track and analyze outreach performance to improve messaging and response rates
-
Collaborate directly with client-side teams to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign goals
-
Maintain up-to-date activity and reporting within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
-
Contribute insights to improve outbound processes, tooling, and SDR performance standards

Technical Setup (Must-Haves)

Laptop: Minimum Intel i5, 8GB RAM (Windows 10 or macOS)

Noise-cancelling headset with microphone

Uncapped fibre internet with 50 Mbps+ upload/download speeds

Backup power supply (e.g., UPS or inverter)

Quiet and professional home office setup
Experience & Skills
-
2+ years of outbound SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience in B2B environments
-
Strong experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems
-
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed meeting and pipeline KPIs
-
Deep understanding of outbound prospecting tools, workflows, and personalization strategies
-
Confident in outbound frameworks such as BANT, SPICED, or MEDDIC
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-
Strong research skills and ability to tailor messaging to different buyer personas
-
Collaborative, coachable, and comfortable working with international teams and time zones

Proven track record of success in SDR/BDR roles with verifiable references

Able to work independently while staying aligned with remote teams

Contract Details
-
You'll sign a Consultant Agreement with Source A Rep (this is not an employment contract)
Month-to-month contracts (performance-based) : 6-24 months (depends on client)

Monthly pay in ZAR, tied to performance

Clients manage daily workflows, KPIs, and performance reviews

Source A Rep provides onboarding, compliance, and long-term support
