About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing international sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented outbound sales professional who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors with new prospects, and driving revenue opportunities. This role is highly outbound-focused, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.

You'll play a critical role in generating qualified leads, booking meetings with decision-makers, and fuelling the company's sales growth through consistent, high-volume outreach.

What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR, you will be responsible for creating and qualifying new business opportunities through a structured, omni-channel outbound approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing high-volume cold calling as a primary channel for pipeline generation
  • Running outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Identifying and engaging high-value decision-makers within target companies
  • Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads against established criteria
  • Booking qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Managing and updating CRM records with clear activity notes and prospect insights
  • Clearly communicating the company's value proposition and services to potential clients
  • Consistently achieving weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Providing feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Participating in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussions

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is confident on the phone, resilient with outbound outreach, and motivated by results in a high-activity environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professional
  • Strong B2B sales experience (essential)
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospecting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work UK business hours consistently

Remote Work Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • High-speed internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps)
  • Backup power solution (UPS or similar) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
  • A quiet and professional home office environment
  • A reliable laptop capable of running CRM systems, outreach tools, and video conferencing platforms

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience selling into IT services, MSP, managed services, or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach
  • Understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar
  • Experience contributing to lead generation and outbound strategy
