Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Account Executive to support the delivery and day-to-day management of key client accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of client services, operations, and project coordination, acting as a central point of organisation across internal teams and client stakeholders.
The Account Executive will play a critical role in ensuring that account activity runs smoothly — enabling senior team members to focus on strategic and commercial priorities by taking ownership of coordination, communication, and administrative workflows.
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency, operating as a fully remote role aligned to UK working hours.
Technical Requirements
- A reliable laptop suitable for professional remote work is required
- A stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speed
Core Objective
To drive efficiency and consistency across client accounts by managing coordination, communication, and operational processes — ensuring work is delivered seamlessly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring all participants are aligned and prepared
- Track actions, follow-ups, and key decisions across accounts
- Support senior account leads in maintaining strong, responsive client relationships
Operational & Delivery Support
- Coordinate the flow of work across multiple projects and workstreams
- Ensure deliverables are tracked, deadlines are met, and dependencies are managed
- Maintain clear documentation of account activity, timelines, and outputs
- Identify and escalate potential delivery risks or bottlenecks
Client Services Support
- Support day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Manage incoming requests and route them to the appropriate teams
- Help maintain a consistent and high-quality client experience
- Prepare materials for client meetings, presentations, and status updates
Systems & Process Management
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accuracy of client and project data
- Support reporting processes, including status tracking and performance updates
- Help improve internal workflows, templates, and ways of working
- Ensure consistency in documentation and account management processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 1–5 years' experience in an agency, consultancy, or client services environment
- Exposure to account management, project coordination, or campaign delivery
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams
