About the Role / Mission:
As the first point of contact for prospective schools, training providers, and educational institutions, you will champion our integrated coding, robotics, and curriculum solutions. Your mission is to drive adoption, create institutional impact, and build long-term partnerships. By nurturing leads, securing qualified meetings, and preparing the stage for Account Executives, you will play a critical role in our growth journey.
This role goes beyond high-volume outreachyoull combine personalization, integrity, and a deep understanding of the EdTech space to create meaningful conversations and establish credibility with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Execute high-volume outreach, including daily calls to targeted prospects

Generate meaningful conversations and qualify leads

Source, research, and leverage referrals to reach decision-makers

Engage both inbound and outbound leads

Consistently book Sales Qualified Meetings (SQLs) per month
Meeting & Pipeline Management

Manage calendar invites and reminders to achieve an 80%+ show rate

Maintain CRM hygiene: update notes, activities, statuses, and contact info

Keep pipeline stages accurate, current, and well-segmented

Coordinate smooth handoff of qualified prospects to Account Executives
Positioning & Messaging

Develop deep knowledge of our coding, robotics, curriculum, hardware, and training offerings

Tailor messaging and value propositions for schools, districts, corporates, and government clients

Anchor conversations in educational outcomes, institutional impact, and adoption ROI
Tools & Process Adherence

Track all sales activity in Zoho CRM (or equivalent)

Leverage Sales Navigator and other research tools for prospecting
Required Experience & Skills

Experience in B2B or EdTech sales (selling to schools, universities, training providers, or similar)

Familiarity with education sector procurement and stakeholders

Comfortable prospecting into large institutions, corporate, and government sectors

Must have a vehicle
Technical & Administrative Skills

Strong spreadsheet skills for data tracking, pipeline reporting, and metrics

CRM proficiency (Zoho or equivalent)

Comfortable with modern sales tools: LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, email automation, dialers
