What We Need From You:
For this profile, years of practice is the primary filter. Your clinical background can be broad — hospital, community, long-term care, or mixed. What matters most is your depth of Ontario nursing experience and your professional standing.
Must-Haves:
- MINIMUM 12 years of RN practice — total career years, all settings count
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing — RN diploma or BScN
- CNO registered, in good standing — no pending hearings or conditions
- Broad knowledge of Ontario health legislation from years of Ontario practice: PHIPA, RHPA,
HCCA, Ontario Hospitals Act - No CNO disciplinary history
- Current BLS / BCLS / CPR certification — Level C, Health Care Provider
- Legal right to work in Canada
- Available for in-person assignments — this is not remote work
Preferred:
- Charge nurse, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience
- Experience across multiple care settings over your career
- Experience mentoring or orienting newer nurses
- Mixed acute care and community background
