Scope:
- Support the integrity of the Ontario Court of Justice (OCJ) and Superior Court of Justice (SCJ) business applications, architectures, and ensure that development is to standard, documentation is compliant and performing application design
- Provide leadership on Enterprise Architecture artifact needs and support to the business and other team members
Assignment Deliverables:
- Draft solution design and detailed technical solution design for applications built using packaged products on cloud.
- Develop architecture artifacts for enterprise-level architecture checkpoints and gating (e.g., Business Architecture Document, Solutions Architecture Document, Solution Requirements Document, and Information Architecture Document)
- Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures.
- Create, review, provide input and support of Enterprise Architecture artifacts for all checkpoints as required
- Logical/Physical Data Model, Data Dictionary and CRUD Matrix documentation
- Assist with system and user interface design and modifications (data & screen) as required
- Review privacy and security related reports to ensure privacy and security considerations and concerns are addressed in the architecture artifacts; Establish traceability matrix to monitor output
- Review all test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establish traceability matrix to monitor output
- Assist in metadata/test data creation and maintenance, and prepare data packages for implementation by the Database Administrator
- Ensure alignment and adherence to Ministry processes and standards
- Support the testing team during system and UAT testing
- Participate in knowledge Transfer
Must-have's:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications
- Experience with enterprise level Architecture Standards and artifacts (e.g., Business Architecture Document, Solutions Architecture Document, Solution Requirements Document, and Information Architecture Document)
- Experience in using technical solution design and prototyping tools to assist in JAD and design sessions with stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience in designing large scale data migration operations
