  • Support sandbox data preparation and environment setup for training and testing purposes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
  • Create role-based test case data, assignments and simulation scripts that align with business processes and test scenarios.
  • Structure and maintain a SharePoint-based knowledge repository, including subpages, metadata, web parts, and layout.
  • Develop technical documentation, assignment steps, and knowledge articles from system test cases, workflows, or process maps.
  • Apply inclusive, plain language, user-centered design standards to all structured documentation and SharePoint content.
  • Coordinate with training designers, developers, and project team members to ensure readiness of sandbox environments and digital assets.

Assignment Deliverables

  • Assignment/test case scripts aligned to training objectives and sandbox role scenarios
  • SharePoint knowledge base site with structured content, metadata, and web part layout
  • Sandbox configuration guides and data entry protocols by user role
  • Documentation and crosswalks mapping DevOps test cases to training use scenarios
  • Content packages and structured folders with SharePoint-published knowledge objects
  • Recorded walkthroughs or annotated guides for handover to internal teams

Must-haves:

  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments (or related CRM systems) particularly in a testing, data configuration, or sandbox context (e.g., managing user roles, creating records, validating workflows).
  • Experience with SharePoint teams sites for organizing, structuring and publishing digital content - such as building subpages, creating web parts and managing access and layout of knowledge repositories or internal learning portals.
  • Strong practical knowledge of creating and manipulating system data to support scenarios such as training simulations or testing use cases
  • Familiarity with documenting and organizing technical information, user guides, or system content that supports end-user learning, whether through task documentation, assignment instructions, or repository entries.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to system task breakdowns and assignment creation, including the ability to align sandbox data to intended learning or testing outcomes.
