The Sr. Middleware Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of middleware solutions that enable seamless integration between enterprise systems, applications, and external partners. This role requires deep technical expertise in middleware platforms such as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), WebSphere, MuleSoft, or similar ESBs, and a strong understanding of integration patterns, scalability, and system reliability.

Working in collaboration with solution architects, developers, infrastructure, and operations teams, the specialist will ensure middleware platforms are secure, stable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in middleware/integration technologies in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using middleware platforms
• Deep understanding of system integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, REST, SOAP, event-driven, messaging)
• Expertise in middleware platforms such as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM WebSphere, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar ESBs
• Experience with API Gateway and Management platforms (e.g., IBM API Connect, Azure APIM)
• Proficiency in working with messaging and event platforms (e.g., MQ, Kafka, JMS, Event Grid)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid integration scenarios
• Knowledge of security protocols and integration (OAuth2.0, SAML, mutual TLS, API keys)
