Our client is a global company with employees from over 10 different countries. They were originally founded in Europe and now headquartered in Japan after being bought and relocating here. They have developed a cutting-edge fashion and apparel related technology. As of now, our client's technology is used by more than 100 fashion and apparel brands ranging from large and small. Although the company's official language is English, their commercial teams operates in Japanese and are also expected to expand to deal with overseas based companies too.

What you will be doing...

  • Supporting existing clients after initial contract signing and and creating service proposals for potential clients
  • Leading clients through onboarding and improve the onboarding process
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Evaluating and analyzing clients' need to enhance their experience
  • Handling troubleshoot and mediation
  • Calculating ROI from the platform

Who you are...

  • As a guideline, at least 3-5+ years working experience in IT-related Customer Success, Sales or Account Management
  • Native level Japanese and conversational level English

Preferred

  • Familiar with and interest in fashion/retail e-commerce
  • Customer Support or Customer Success Experience
  • Sales Experience in BtoB or SaaS
  • Experience working using English
