SUMMARY

Our client is a global enterprise with core competences across a number of fields. e-Commerce is one of the most important strategic channels of our client, which is very unique and innovative. The ideal employee would take
responsibility for maximizing customer experience and engagement through managing various touch-points and technologies on their eCommerce site, Market place site etc.

What You'll Do...

  • Drive e-commerce net sales growth of client's online store /market
    place(Amazon/Rakuten/Yahoo!).
  • Lead /Co-lead online store strategy and lead market place strategy to be the No.1 brand in the category.
  • Manage Market place advertisements to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Budget planning, KPI setting of the store. Achieve KPI of sales, acquisition, engagement, CVR and reducing bounce rate etc.
  • Make a creative and practical action plan to achieve sales by aligning with other eCommerce teams and internal marketing team.
  • Be rsponsible for User Experience/User Interface management in the online store and market place.
  • Tackle innovative technological challenges such as introducing AI communication.
  • Propose and convince ideas for an experience expansion to stakeholders.
  • Manage the third party vender to ensure flawless operations
    - Alignment with IT div and the third party vendor/ request definition/ scheduling/ Test and check etc. 
  • Liaise with clinic/hospital sales team.
  • Collaborate with key client functions(marketing, product supply, accounting, order management) in any aspects of E-commerce
  • Data analysis of site metrics(Google analytics/ Market place monitoring site)
    

Who You Are...

  • At least 3 years experiences of E-commerce, mail-order or subscription service and at least 2 years experiences of operation
  • Must have at least 3 years experience with online store /market place
    (Amazon/Rakuten/Yahoo!).
  • Have successful achievements for high target in E-commerce or brand site engagement
  • Has strong aspirations to contribute to health care and to give big impacts to the world and global company
  • Familiar with the latest trend and technology
