Who is our Client?

Our client is a is a German publicly traded company based in Berlin, Germany. Currently operating in 17 countries across 3 continents, they officially launched their service in Japan in April this year.

They are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who will be a part of the marketing team owning CRM campaign performance (Deliverability, Prospecting, Lifecycle, Reactivations), Virality (Referral programs) and new local CRM opportunities.

What would you be doing?

  • Partner with global CRM teams to oversee, manage and deliver best performance across our always-on email and push notification programs. This covers the following key areas:
    • Deliverability: Maximizing send rates and customer reach of our CRM programs.
    • Prospecting: Increasing new customers through lead acquisition.
    • Lifecycle: Driving engagement, value and retention through the existing customer base.
    • Reactivations: Win-back of previously churned customers.
  • CRM lead for one-off campaigns including product launches, service updates and customer notices.
  • Channel lead for Virality programs. This includes online and offline referral campaigns, managing creative development, conducting A/B tests, analyzing data and recommending optimization strategies.
  • Budget management, reporting and ensuring projects deliver against business goals and metrics.
  • Scoping new local CRM opportunities (eg. LINE official account), ownership of initiative proposal and delivery.

Who you are...

  • You have at least 2+ years of professional business experience. Preferred fields include marketing, consulting or project management.
  • You are analytical, know how to pivot data and can generate data-based actionable insights and recommendations for performance uplift.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role will work closely with and will need to influence global teams across different job functions and cultures.
  • Languages: Business English and Japanese

(Preferred)

  • A big plus to have experience in any of the following fields:
    • CRM-related channels such as email, push or in-app marketing
    • Marketing automation software (Salesforce)
    • Customer lifecycle, loyalty and referral programs
    • LINE ecosystem including official accounts, paid ads, coupons
  • Experience working in an international environment.
