Compensation & Perks

  • $136,000$163,000 annual salary (DOE)

Your Role

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan (avg. 1820 patients/day)
  • Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests in accordance with state and IHS guidelines
  • Offer preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education
  • Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and collaborate with the care team and community resources
  • Foster trust and communication with patients and families in a culturally competent way

What Youll Need

  • BSN and Masters or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted California NP license, DEA, and prescriptive authority
  • Commitment to health equity and serving tribal communities

Pay: $136,000.00 - $163,000.00 per year
