We are a rapidly growing cybersecurity firm utilising cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance digital security. Our platform leverages generative AI to autonomously oversee and optimise an organisation's existing security stack, aiming to achieve the best possible security posture with the products already in use. As we expand, we are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead and scale our data ingestion platform. 

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our data ingestion platform. This position requires a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in coding and team mentoring. You will be responsible for:

• Leading and growing a team of engineers focused on data ingestion and processing.

• Balancing hands-on contributions (architecture, code reviews, technical design) with management responsibilities.

• Driving execution of projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. 

• Establishing and refining engineering processes around productivity, quality tracking, incident management, and performance recognition.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement data ingestion strategies.

• Utilising technologies such as Python, Databricks, and Snowflake to build scalable and efficient data pipelines.

• Has experience in leading and scaling data ingest platforms.

• Possesses strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with data processing tools like Databricks and Snowflake.

• Is comfortable working in a fully remote environment and can manage teams across different time zones.
