About the Role

As a Delivery Lead, you will own the successful delivery of client projects end-to-end. Acting as a servant leader, you'll work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to client goals.

You will lead delivery using Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of transparency, adaptability, and teamwork. This role spans full lifecycle delivery — from planning and backlog management through to reporting, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and stakeholder management — ensuring outcomes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Required Experience & Knowledge

You will have 3–5+ years of experience in delivery, project management, or team leadership roles within IT or OT environments.

Your experience will include:

  • Delivering streams of work using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum@Scale)
  • Using delivery tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Miro, LucidSpark, or similar
  • Managing delivery within enterprise or professional services environments (highly regarded)

While this is not a development role, you will be familiar with modern software delivery concepts such as:

  • Cloud-native architectures
  • DevOps / DevSecOps
  • SRE practices and toolchains

Desired Qualifications

You may also bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Agile certifications (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Flow Framework, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery and closure
  • Coordinating onboarding/offboarding of project team members
  • Managing conflicts and unexpected issues constructively
  • Ensuring timely acceptance of deliverables and compliance with contracts
  • Managing scope, timeline, cost changes, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintaining a prioritised backlog with Product Owners
  • Capturing and managing risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments
  • Coaching, enabling, and motivating delivery teams
  • Monitoring performance metrics and contributing to resource planning
  • Fostering a high-trust, collaborative team culture
  • Driving positive commercial outcomes and identifying follow-on opportunities
