We are a well-established international quick-service restaurant (QSR) group with a strong presence across Europe and beyond. Known for high operational standards, consistent quality, and a people-first culture, the business is now launching an exciting new chicken-focused concept in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping daily operations and performance.
The Role
We are hiring a hands-on Operations Manager (OPS) to lead day-to-day restaurant operations for a new chicken QSR concept. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, managing numbers, and driving operational excellence on the ground.
You will work closely with restaurant managers, analyse performance data, and ensure stores operate efficiently, profitably, and in line with brand standards.
Reporting directly to the Founder / Owner (EMEA).
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational management of restaurants

Build and manage staff schedules, optimising labour costs

Control key financial drivers: food costs, labour, waste, and inventory

Lead and supervise inventory counts and stock management

Analyse operational KPIs using Excel and reporting tools

Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures

Support restaurant managers with on-site coaching and guidance

Participate in final hiring decisions for restaurant leadership roles

Visit restaurants regularly across Poland

Act as the main operational point of contact for the business line
What Were Looking For

Strong experience in QSR / fast-food operations

Background in daily restaurant management, not just strategy

Excellent numerical and Excel skills with confidence in analysing data

Experience managing scheduling, inventory, and cost control

Hands-on leadership style with a practical mindset

Comfortable making operational decisions based on performance metrics

Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
Ideal Background
-
Previous roles such as Operations Manager, Area Manager, Territory Manager, or similar
-
Experience in multi-site restaurant operations
-
Exposure to high-volume QSR brands (chicken or fast food experience is a plus)

5–8+ years of operational experience in food retail or hospitality

Bachelor's degree preferred
